Ondansetron Hydrochloride 4mg Mouth Dissolving Tablet is used alone or with other medications to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by cancer drug treatment (chemotherapy) and radiation therapy. It is also used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting after surgery. Ondansetron works by blocking one of the body's natural substances (serotonin) that causes vomiting.

How to Take Ondansetron HCL 4mg Tablet
- Ensure your hands are dry before handling the tablet.
- Gently peel back the foil (do not push the tablet through).
- Place the tablet on your tongue and let it dissolve completely.
- Swallow it with your saliva. Water is not needed.
- Follow the dosage as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
- Best taken 30 minutes before chemotherapy or surgery.
